Koramco Asset Management was established with a 100% investment from Koramco REITs & Trust,
as a real estate investment multi-platform.

On an integrated real estate finance system encompassing REITs, trust, and asset management,
we carry out professional management capabilities.

Koramco REITs & Trust, the parent company of Koramco Asset Management, was established in October 2001 after the foreign exchange crisis by introducing the advanced REITs system to Korea. Since then, it has led the private REITs market through the 'KOCREF' series and expanded into real estate trust business in 2006, growing into a comprehensive real estate finance platform encompassing REITs and trusts. Currently, LF holds approximately 67% stake as the largest shareholder of the parent company Koramco REITs & Trust, with major domestic financial institutions including Kiwoom Securities, Woori Bank, Korea Development Bank, and Shinhan Bank participating as strategic shareholders. This stable and balanced shareholder composition supports sustainable growth through transparent board-centered decision-making and sound checks and balances. Koramco Asset Management performs professional management across all alternative investment areas including real estate and infrastructure based on REITs and trust business experience and asset management capabilities accumulated by the parent company. Utilizing the integrated platform within the group, we have established an organically connected operating system from investment structure design to asset management and exit strategy, and develop and manage real estate financial products that meet various investment needs of customers through independent investment judgment on a stable governance structure.
